Reduce car emissions
There are emission free fuels and new fuels are being developed.
The government should use all means possible to encourage these developments and assist with any conversions to existing vehicles. At the very least they should provide a free conversion by means of an interest free loan payable over a sensible period. Allied to tax relief on the price of the new fuel, the loan repayments could be fixed at a rate of the average monthly fuel price savings.
